Dr. Wright has been practicing medicine for 40 years. Most of those years were spent in the North Memorial Health system caring for surgical and obstetric patients as an anesthesiologist. He is the medical director and an owner of Refine & Revive Med Spa.

Annie has been practicing as a nurse for 18 years. She brings a sharp artistic eye to the aesthetic side of our spa; in addition to lots of experience with intravenous infusions. She and her sister, Leah, are co-owners of R & R Med Spa.

Leah comes to the Aesthetic Medicine arena with years of nursing experience in the Allina and Maple Grove Hospital systems. She loves donkeys and has a hobby farm in Greenfield with her husband and children. She will support your aesthetic journey with love, affection and attention to detail.
