  • B-12

    • Helps the body use fat and carbs for energy. Helps brain and nerve function. Aids in concentration and memory function. Helps balance moods. Helps with chronic fatigue syndrome. Lowers homocysteine levels (high levels can cause cardiovascular disease and/or strokes).

  • B-Complex
